Here at Snowboard Workshop we want our customers to be stoked with their purchases! If you order the wrong size or change your mind we will offer you an exchange, store credit or refund providing the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 14 days of receiving the item via registered post or in person
- Provide proof of purchase
- The item has not been worn or used in any way and is in original condition will all packaging, labels and swing tags attached
- The packaging has not been marked, stained or destroyed in anyway
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Cost of return is at the customers expense
- You must contact the office (9am-4pm Mon- Fri) to arrange the returns process before sending item
- If these requirements are not satisfied, Snowboard Workshop reserves the right to not offer an exchange or credit voucher

Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via [email protected] or 03 442 9660.
We will organise with you to return the item for assessment. After assessment we will approve repair, a replacement or refund as appropriate. All products are warranted against defects in manufacturing or materials over the reasonable life of the item.
